Paul Bunyan Resort has all of the modern conveniences people have come to expect in their vacation destination. Each cabin comes with a fully equipped kitchen. We have a public area with coin operated laundry and restrooms for our guests, including our RV guests. We have a modern fish cleaning house for all of the many fish you will be catching. Each cabin comes with a dock and fishing boat. A motor can be rented for a small fee. We also have a pontoon boat that can be rented by the day or week.

Nestled in the woods of beautiful Northwest Wisconsin, Shady Rest Resort and Campground is the ideal vacation destination for rest or play. Shady Rest boasts 79 campsites, including 72 seasonal and 7 open sites. Two rustic four-person cabins were recently added to the accommodations.
